Delivered in-house at IndeedFlex by a senior member of the Selfound team.

The problem. Thousands of flex workers were raising support tickets through Salesforce for the same repeatable issues — missing hours, missing payments, and false no-shows (where an employer marked a worker absent even though they had worked the shift). Support agents were spending most of their time triaging, not resolving.

The build. A conversational AI agent integrated directly into the worker app and Salesforce Service Cloud. Workers described their issue in natural language; the agent pulled shift records, payment history, and employer attendance logs to resolve clear-cut cases autonomously and prepare a fully-enriched ticket for humans on the edge cases.

The outcome. Ticket closure rates jumped dramatically, workers got same-day resolution on issues that previously took days, and the support team refocused on complex, human-judgement cases instead of repetitive lookups.

What actually happens to our data?

Your data stays in the region you choose (EU, US, or UK) and is never used to train public models by default. We sign a Data Processing Agreement before kick-off that defines exactly what we access, how long we retain it, and your rights to delete. Sensitive data can be restricted to on-prem or your VPC.

Who owns the agents you build?

You do. All agent logic, prompts, configuration, and integrations are delivered to your repository under a standard IP assignment. We keep no backdoor access post-engagement. If you want to take the work in-house, we train your team and hand over; if you want us to run it, that's the Managed Retainer.

What if the AI model we're using changes or gets deprecated?

Every Selfound deployment is architected to be provider-portable. The agent logic lives in your codebase; the model is a plug-in dependency. When GPT-5 or Claude 5 or a stronger open-source model arrives, swapping takes days, not months — and we include one model-migration cycle in the Managed Retainer.

How do we measure success?

Success metrics are defined in writing during the Audit phase: specific KPIs (cost per interaction, resolution rate, conversion lift, cycle time), baseline measurements, and target thresholds. These are locked into the Deployment SOW and tracked in a live dashboard you have access to from go-live onwards.

What's your position on hallucinations and model errors?

We treat them as engineering problems, not mysteries. Every agent ships with: (1) pre-prod evals covering accuracy, tone, and jailbreak resistance; (2) production guardrails detecting hallucination patterns and PII leaks; (3) human-in-the-loop on anything high-risk. For regulated workflows, agents never act autonomously on material decisions.

What about our staff? Will AI replace people?

In every engagement we've run, AI absorbs the repetitive, low-judgement work and frees teams for higher-value activities — not headcount cuts. We'll help you draft the internal communication plan and identify the upskilling paths. If your strategy is pure cost-cutting through headcount reduction, we're probably not the right partner.
